Our production

FIG Metall is a modern supplier of turned, milled and wire-EDM-machined components. We manufacture small to medium-sized batches in most metallic materials, such as acid-resistant stainless steel, stainless steel, steel, brass and aluminium. We specialise in complex components requiring high precision. Thanks to the latest technology, a high degree of automation and a quality-assured process, we manufacture customised components in an efficient and innovative manner.

In the winter of 2018, we launched a project to increase the automation of our production using both our own and bespoke robotic cells, designed to suit our machines and requirements.

Wire EDM opens up the possibility of machining to the very highest standards; we can even offer a stable process with precision down to a thousandth of a millimeter.

All of our lathes are CNC-controlled with dual turrets and are ideal for cost-effective manufacturing that meets high-quality standards. We machine from bar stock, billets, and castings.
