We are immediately hiring CNC operators for our milling and turning department.
The position offers work with modern machines and great opportunities for development, together with a friendly team in fresh and modern facilities. We are looking for new employees for both day and evening shifts.
FIG Metall is growing and continuously investing in new machines and automation to maintain a modern machine park. Our equipment includes, among others, Mazak, Citizen, Nakamura, Miyano, and Brother. Experience with these brands is considered a strong advantage.
We are looking for someone with a technical interest and a technical education as a foundation, preferably with basic training in CNC/milling/turning.
You should enjoy taking responsibility, be quality-conscious, work independently, and appreciate technical challenges. You are able to work under pressure and have a strong desire to develop and improve your skills. It is also important that you enjoy working in a team and are a good team player.
Experience is an advantage but not a requirement – we provide continuous internal training.
You must be able to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written.
